Service detailsMy name is Ping LUO (you can also call me Anne), and I founded Hefei TradeFusion Business Service Co., Ltd. after seven years working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with European buyers.
My journey began in April 2018, when I spent over five years inside Chinese manufacturers of SIP intercoms, LED lighting, and energy storage as an overseas sales representative. Those years taught me how Chinese manufacturers operate, how they present themselves to international buyers, and where the friction points often lie in cross‑border communication.
By early 2023, the idea of starting my own business had taken root—but the path was not yet clear.
In August 2023, when a German distributor client invited me to join their team, I accepted with a clear mission. I told the two CEOs openly: “I’m not coming just as an employee. I’m coming to learn—how you work together as partners, how you navigate disagreements, how you build a business. I’m here to observe, and one day I’ll start my own company. I can commit to staying for two to three years.” They understood, and they supported me through the three‑month visa process.
Near end of November 2023, I arrived in Germany and began two years of immersive learning. I wore two hats: sales (selling the products across Europe) and procurement support (helping source, screen, and negotiate with Chinese manufacturers). It was during this time that I truly understood what makes a supplier stand out—and what holds them back. I met manufacturers who looked excellent on paper—good quality, professional at first contact. But I also saw a recurring pattern: the collaboration stalled after the initial orders. After-sales support was slow, technical questions went unanswered, and communication became reactive instead of proactive. The potential was there, but the consistency wasn't.
By December 2024, the shape of my own business had become clear. I shared my plans with the two CEOs and reaffirmed my commitment: I would stay for at least two full years—a promise I had made from the beginning. They supported me once again.
On January 21, 2025, Hefei TradeFusion Business Service Co., Ltd. was legally established—while I was still working for the German distributor, fulfilling my commitment. I continued working with the distributor until the end of November 2025, then returned to China and, after a short rest, officially started my own business in December 2025.
This hands‑on experience in IoT (SIP intercoms, LED lighting) and Renewable Energies (energy storage) has shaped my sourcing expertise. Today, I channel this foundation to help buyers—whether from Europe or elsewhere—navigate complex supply chains, with a particular focus on IoT and the evolving landscape of AI‑driven hardware, while continuing to serve partners in the renewable sector. My approach is to leverage what I know well, and learn quickly alongside you in adjacent fields.
